 Drakes Gym is a wonderful Gym. It's very niche, with a personal touch. The personal trainers are amazingly friendly people. Whether they are your PT or not, the atmosphere is one of a big family where everyone is always in high spirits. The banter is fun and a welcome break from the helter skelter of work life. My PT is Wayne Finn who owns the gym. A really good guy, someone who trains you hard, is good fun to be around, and is someone that listens which is a very good trait.
